Questions before you start
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from your billing page. Moving up takes effect at once and only the difference for the days left is charged; moving down starts on your next cycle, because the current one is already paid.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have chosen a plan, it starts. If you have not, the store pauses until you do; nothing is charged.
Does Puntofy take a commission on my sales?
No, in any plan. Your payment gateway charges its own fee; Puntofy adds none.
How do I pay for the plan?
With a card, monthly or yearly. The yearly price is ten months: two are free.
